Who You Are:
You are a purposeful Talent Acquisition Recruiter with a passion for:

What You Will Do:
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition creation to candidate onboarding.
• Responsible for coordinating all pre-employment activities for candidates including obtaining and processing pre-employment checks.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
• Remain informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.
What Skills You Will Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience within a Talent Acquisition role.
• Minimum of five years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment.
• Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems or HCM platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Job Type: Onsite, Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

This type of transportation is essential for connecting passengers to friends, family and medical based services. As a result, we select drivers and staff that wish to help people care for themselves. Our Paratransit Operator’s understand how to effectively and safely transport clients and we are looking for the right people to join our team.
