Job Duties
+ Work closely with entry level to master level sales coordinators within the region to develop their knowledge and skills.
+ Train new coordinators.
+ Properly answer questions from coordinators and assist in problem solving.
+ Guide all coordinators through more complex issues while involving management, customers, salespersons and vendors.
+ Work with the General Manager to determine appropriate staffing needs at assigned branches. Coach coordinators through the various duties.
+ May work with other department coordinators and collectors regarding set-up of specialized billing for large and complex accounts.
+ Work closely with Order Fulfillment Manager to ensure processes and standardized work is in place, improved upon and adhered to.
+ Ensure processes are in place and adhered to, utilizing standardized training documents as appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
+ 2-4 years related experience.
+ Associate degree, preferably a business degree, or equivalent experience
+ Branch business process knowledge required.
+ Valid driver's license, good driving record
Preferred Qualifications
+ Previous subject matter expert as a coordinator and training experience strongly preferred.
+ Strong communication, organizational, presentation, and time management skills
+ Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation and ability to work in a team environment and lead team activities
+ Microsoft Office experience
+ Bi-lingual skills would be a plus.
