Restoration Supervisor – Job Summary
The Restoration Supervisor assigns, coordinates, controls, and performs work activities on restoration projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. As the front-line representative of the company, the Restoration Supervisor demonstrates a strong commitment to service and professionalism.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction with services
+ Communicate clear expectations to Restoration Technicians and supervise their activities
+ Coordinate and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
+ Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers
+ Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines
+ Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
+ Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects
+ Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
+ Coach and train Restoration Technicians
+ Communicate with the Restoration Manager and office staff on project progress and issues
+ Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned
+ Oversee facility and grounds maintenance, as assigned
+ Continue development of restoration expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment
+ Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the employer
Education and Experience Requirements
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ IICRC certifications preferred
+ Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
+ Supervisory experience preferred
+ Effective written and oral communication skills
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
+ Regularly lift 50 pounds independently; occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
+ Walk and stand for extended periods; climb ladders; work in tight or elevated spaces
+ Repetitive motion tasks including pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying
+ Work with and around chemicals, sometimes in confined spaces
+ Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, heat, noxious odors, and other environmental factors
+ Noise level may be loud; occasional use of respirators required for safety
Work Schedule and Travel Requirements
+ Full-time position: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/week)
+ Regularly requires extended hours, including evenings and weekends
+ Travel required, primarily local, with occasional out-of-area and overnight travel expected
**Pay Details:** $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
