Responsibilities:
• Collection of accounts receivable and past dues, and coordinates resolution of customer chargeback claims, disputes, and billing issues.
• Gathers credit and/or reference information.
• Responds to inquiries from customers or external collection resources.
• Coordinates/assists in the application of check, wire transfer, and credit card payments with the Accounts receivable Dept. to ensure proper application.
• Resolves charge backs and disputed items through contacts the Billing and/or Sales departments and follow up with customer for prompt collection.
• Receives telephone inquiries and answer routine questions on department policies.
Requirements:
• High school degree or equivalent.
• One year in a Credit and/or Accounts receivable department or equivalent experience required.
• Must be comfortable working with figures and must use tact dealing with customers.

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
