    Modivcare is looking for an experienced Capital Planning Analyst III to join our team. This role is responsible for driving value through financial modeling, cost-benefit analyses (CBAs), and business case development. Operating at the intersection of technology and business, this role supports leaders across functions to evaluate investments and quantify the impact of strategic initiatives.

    + Develops financial models to support CBAs, ROI calculations, and capital investment decisions.

    + Partners with business leaders to define assumptions, validate inputs, and quantify the potential value of transformation initiatives.

    + Leads benefit realization analysis, tracking actual versus projected results of completed initiatives and providing feedback loops for future cases.

    + Builds dashboards and data visualizations to monitor KPIs tied to capital spend, project performance, and financial returns.

    + Creates presentations and documentation that translates complex analyses into actionable insights for executive stakeholders.

    + Supports the development of portfolio views of capital investments, including strategic prioritization and scenario modeling.

    + Contributes to ongoing improvement of financial modeling standards and business case templates.

    + Participates in other projects or duties as assigned.

    We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following…

    + Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

    + Five (5) plus years of experience in a financial, strategic, or data analyst role — ideally in a technology-forward or operations-heavy environment.

    + Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

    + In-depth understanding of financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis (CBA), ROI, and capital planning processes.

    + Solid grounding in corporate finance, budgeting, and investment evaluation frameworks.

    + Familiarity with SaaS, enterprise technology, and/or healthcare services environments.

    + Knowledge of business case development, benefit realization tracking, and performance measurement methodologies.

    + Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to capital investments and operational outcomes.

    + Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience building and owning complex financial models.

    + Strong data visualization skills using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to senior leadership.

    + Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work cross-functionally across Finance, Technology, Product, and Business Units.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic orientation.

    + Experience in scenario modeling and evaluating strategic trade-offs.

    + Ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable business insights.

    + Demonstrated capacity to influence decision-making through data-backed recommendations.

    + Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    + Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

    + Ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on tight deadlines.

     

    Salary: $80,400 - $108,600

     

    Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
