    SUMMARY

    This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills and proven sales expertise and results, as well as the ability to effectively make presentations concerning title and escrow services to an audience. Familiarity with TitleOne Corporation’s mission and value statements as well as its lines of business is a must.

    DESCRIPTION

    This position requires the candidate to: call upon, develop, and deliver services to customers and prospective customers, follow and develop a calling program in conjunction with other company personnel and alone, maintain files and statistical information and analyze information for customer development, and provide guidance to other company personnel related to business development.

    SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The Internal Sales Executive will perform the following duties. Other responsibilities may be assigned:

     

    + Helps coordinate and proctor Continuing Education and other customer classes on or off site. Researches attendees/students to find potential leads for sales follow up.

    + Helps with sales and marketing efforts to ensure effective fulfillment of customers’ needs and opportunities.

    + Prequalify all orders from the treasure valley in, tracking & organizing all residential Sales Executive orders, and qualifying CRM in order to funnel the NDC’s to the appropriate Sales Executive for further follow up. Help to monitor travel and time efficiencies for new targets/NDC’s/referrals to best utilize the Sales Executive for the particular client.

    + Scheduling client follow up for each NDC order and adding it to each sales team members calendar including notes on the file for efficiency when the sales team member calls.

    + Manage the day to day activities and approvals on TitleOne’s Website. Look up each client and/or assigned to the appropriate Sales Executive.

    + Coordinate and attend marketing functions including fundraising, charity, and industry related events.

    + Create marketing and lead generating lists for customers given specific criteria needed for a campaign.

    + Organize a schedule and follow up program for Real Estate School visits and new agent capture.

    + Attend trainings to develop a deeper understand of how to utilize Sales Executive tools (ie CRM, Sales Genie, and Breakthrough Broker)

    + Responsible for updates/training on programs that the Sales Team utilizes on a consistent basis. (i.e. CRM, Sales Genie, Breakthrough Broker, GEO, etc.)

    + Facilitate Foreclosure Training to Treasure Valley Sales Executive

    + Present & Explain Foreclosure Tools to clients with Treasure Valley Sales Executive

    + Coordinate and Organize all Treasure Valley Sales Executive interactions with clients and document within CRM

    + Organize & Maintain all Treasure Valley Sales Executive Expense Reports

    + Excellent computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet research

    + Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

    + Strong written, oral communication and proofreading abilities

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

    + Strong organizational skills

    + Proficient at word processing, email and data entry

    + Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to complete projects independently

    + Ability to problem solve and excel in a fast-paced environment
