Job Title: Executive AssistantJob Description
The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the office by answering phone calls, transferring them to the internal sales team, and assisting with payroll tasks. This position primarily supports the owner with bid preparations and procurement activities, and also assists the president with customer communications via emails and other channels.
Responsibilities
+ Answer and transfer phone calls to the internal sales team.
+ Assist with running payroll and other office support tasks.
+ Support the owner in preparing bids and purchasing activities.
+ Aid the president in managing emails and communications sent to customers.
Essential Skills
+ Proven administrative support experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Microsoft Business Central.
+ 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.

The Executive Assistant position is a full-time role situated at the front office. The company is a small, family-owned business where employees are valued and not just numbers. Most employees have over 20 years of tenure, reflecting the supportive work culture. The company offers comprehensive benefits and a generous retirement package, contributing 15% of annual earnings to the retirement fund, available at the end of employment. This position replaces the current Executive Assistant, who is retiring after 24 years.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
