Description
**Astronics Luminescent Systems Inc** . in **Lebanon, NH** , is seeking a dynamic and experienced **Human Resources Manager** to lead HR functions including recruitment, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and policy compliance. This role involves executing the strategic plan to support future growth and fostering an engaged organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
+ Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
+ Develop trusted relationships with business leaders to support organizational effectiveness.
+ Address employee concerns and conflicts promptly.
+ Foster a supportive work environment and promote engagement initiatives.
+ Administer benefits and manage payroll in compliance with laws and regulations.
+ Oversee HR policies, programs, and ensure compliance with federal statutes.
+ Manage the Affirmative Action Plan and Federal Aviation Administration plan.
+ Maintain and enhance HR information systems.
+ Implement HR technologies for process efficiency.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
+ 5-10 years of HR experience, including 2-5 years in leadership.
+ SPHR or SHRM SCP certification preferred.
+ Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
+ Strong understanding of HR laws and strategies.
+ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
+ Self-directed and results-driven with a service-oriented approach.
Additional Information:
+ Reports to the Director of Human Resources.
+ Flexible 9/80 schedule (9-hour days Mon-Thurs, 8-hour day on alternate Fridays).
+ **Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident** due to _International Traffic in Arms_ (ITAR) obligations.
+ An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a pre-employment background screen and drug test.
+ Occasional travel required.

+ Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
+ Effective team leadership and collaboration.
+ Strong mathematical and reasoning abilities.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS, payroll and talent management systems.
