Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled recruiter to manage the full cycle recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role involves sourcing, screening, assessing, and presenting candidates while establishing strong relationships with stakeholders and adhering to the company's values.
Responsibilities
+ Manage end-to-end recruitment including candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, presentation, debriefing, and offer negotiation.
+ Establish and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, representing the company's values.
+ Implement effective recruitment strategies using various methods to attract diverse candidates.
+ Assess candidates through resume screening and phone interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
+ Ensure timely communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
+ Maintain accurate applicant records and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring compliance, data privacy, and confidentiality.
+ Monitor recruitment metrics and performance indicators to drive a positive stakeholder experience.
Essential Skills
+ 4+ years in IT or Technical Recruiting and Non-IT (Corporate) Recruiting
+ Technical recruiting
+ Talent acquisition

+ Passive recruiting
+ Applicant tracking systems
+ Microsoft Office
+ Sourcing
+ Experience in recruiting Software Engineering, SCRUM Masters, and Data Science skillsets
+ Strong sourcing skills
+ Experience in corporate-level recruiting (NON-IT)
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in the oil & gas industry (retail oil & gas)
+ Experience hiring from military backgrounds
+ Preference for recruiting in a large company rather than a small start-up (Agency or Corporate)
Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid work environment with a 4-1 schedule, with flexibility to adjust to a 3-2 schedule if necessary. The position provides a dynamic workspace where collaboration and adaptability are valued.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
