Seeking a Supply Chain Manager that will be responsible for implementing best practices in material planning, inventory control, purchasing, warehousing, and driving a problem-solving culture. To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for process improvement, system optimization, and a healthy dissatisfaction for status quo. The ideal candidate is proactive, results oriented and experienced in lean tools and processes and a keen interest in developing people, processes, and systems.

An MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Industrial Engineering is highly desirable to support strategic initiatives. Professional certifications such as CPM, CPPM, or APICS CPIM/CSCP are preferred and reflect a commitment to supply chain excellence. Demonstrate key success attributes including proactive leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. Leverage ERP/MRP systems expertise to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency. Aerospace or other regulated industry experience is a plus, particularly with ITAR and government compliance. Desired skills include supplier development, contract negotiation, and experience with digital transformation initiatives. Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau is a bonus for driving visibility and performance tracking. Ideal for a change agent who thrives in dynamic environments and is motivated by operational excellence, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
