Responsibilities

The incumbent is a member of the healthcare team who is accountable for patient care supportive services for the Family Birth Center under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. May have access to or be required to distribute drugs, needles or syringes from storage locations (such as large stock supplies, sutomated dispensing units and other carts) to/within patient care areas or treament carts as defined by hospital policy/procedure. The incumbent shall demonstrate behaviors consistent with the core (Mercy) values in support with Mercy San Juan Medical Center and the Mission and Philosophy of Dignity Health.

Qualifications

Requirements:

+ Two (2) years experience as an OR/OB Scrub/Perinatal Tech

+ Competence with the computerized documenation system

+ Current BLS

Pay Range

$30.54 - $34.58 /hour
