_Supply Chain Analyst II_
_The_ _Supply Chain Analyst II_ _is responsible for planning, prioritizing, and expediting product families assigned, along with their associated raw materials. Create and publish production schedules that consider NPD, normal and promotional demand, plant capacity, product mix, and material availability, ensuring on-time delivery to our customers. Manage all day-to-day activities relating to raw materials assigned._

_This position will participate in various supply chain improvement projects, have a fundamental understanding of supply chain strategies, and can make recommendations. In addition, they have the ability to teach and train others on the duties and responsibilities shown below._

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:** **
+ Accountable for the production plan for finished goods and subassemblies based on WOS goals, run strategies, equipment, labor, and raw material availability,y reconciling any known disruptions ahead of the production start date
+ Own planning for promotion requirements and execution
+ Actively participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). Understand and root cause capacity gaps in the area of influence, and identify time periods when capacity could impact Operations' ability to meet demand or need for additional work
+ Actively support cradle to grave product management, reducingthe risk of supply disruption and end of life excess, and obsolescence
+ Coordinates the planning and implementation of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and deviations
+ Purchase Order Management
+ Release, confirm, and actively reschedule, and cancel raw material purchase orders for product families assigned, managing all day-to-day activities and escalating roadblocks to the Manager
+ Propose and execute inventory initiatives and implement best practices
+ Evaluate, recommend, and maintain proper inventory levels, recommend, and preserve safety stock for raw materials and WIP
+ Develop strategies to achieve inventory turnover goals
+ Lead supplier and Operations initiatives on visual management, Kanban, VMI, Vending, and Consigned Inventory
The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:
+ Bachelor’s degree required in a business-related field and a minimum of 3 years Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel
+ Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills required
+ APICS Certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred
+ Six Sigma/Lean Training preferred
