    Job Title: Production Associate - 1st Shift - Start ASAP

    Job Description

    This role involves the manufacturing and assembly of custom windows and door walls in a dynamic facility. The position is versatile, allowing work in different areas such as Shipping & Receiving, Frames, Sashes, or Doorwall/Casements, with an opportunity for continuous training and growth.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble windows or doorwalls, including measuring and cutting vinyl, glass, and other materials.

    + Lift and move materials repetitively, ranging from 10 to 50+ lbs.

    + Punch holes and strip materials using hand tools.

    + Place flexible glass on frames.

    + Operate machines, saws, or welding equipment once direct.

    + Perform repetitive movements such as grasping, reaching, pulling, pushing, and bending.

    + Stock and clean workspace and general areas.

    + Undertake other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

    + Shift - 5am - 1/2PM

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.

    + Knowledge of hand tools, with the ability to hold and learn usage.

    + Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet quotas.

    + Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift.

    + Flexibility to bend, twist, and squat during the shift.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to read a tape measure is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is an indoor facility with temperature fluctuations that reflect seasonal conditions. It resembles a garage with large doors for ventilation and fans to maintain comfort. The break room is air-conditioned, providing a cool respite during breaks or lunch, and coolers with Gatorade are available when temperatures rise. The noise level is moderate, and the building is well-lit.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
