Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Weekend Shift)

Job Description

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician working a weekend shift from Friday to Sunday, 5 AM to 5 PM. You will work 36 hours but be compensated for 40 hours. Your role involves maintaining production lines, overseeing and performing preventive maintenance, conducting changeovers, and troubleshooting mechanical issues. You will ensure the line operates safely while maintaining high quality and production volume to meet company goals. Additionally, you will support general facility upkeep, including lighting, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

+ Perform maintenance of production lines, including overseeing and conducting preventive maintenance.

+ Execute changeovers and mechanical troubleshooting.

+ Ensure safe operation of production lines while maintaining high quality and volume.

+ Support general facility maintenance, including lighting, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

+ Replace and repair motors and gearboxes.

+ Troubleshoot pneumatic systems and wire 480 volt motors.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic, non-climate controlled, high-speed manufacturing environment. You will be involved in the production of various aerosol products, including glass cleaners, WD40, and sealants. The facility includes conveyors, fillers, cappers, and other equipment essential for efficient production.

This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Clair, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $62400.00/yr.
