Job Description:

The Solutions Analyst role works with business partners to provide Subject Matter Expertise, Research and Analysis, Problem Solving and Solutioning, Requirement and Testing Support, as well as Production Support for the Commercial Loan Servicing Systems. Solution Analysts apply business process and system technology knowledge for business problem solving and also in the ideation and recommendation of solutions.

_The_ **_Production Support_** _aspects of the role include:_

+ application support of ACBS and Weblink

+ triage of system issues reported by business users

+ table and data field value configurations

+ system administration support for end of day processing

+ issue escalation to technology partners

+ select system field or screen validations during vendor hosted production maintenance weekends and code deployment weekends

+ internal and external audit support

+ vendor production support ticket creation

Remote

Depth & Scope:

+ Coordinates with internal and external resources needed to successfully complete projects and deliver solutions that address business needs

+ Works with Business Line, Risk, and Operational partners to execute or, facilitate business line activities required for Solutions including planning, business requirements, and vendor relationship management

+ Provides expertise, acting as a specialist resource for systems, processes, and troubleshooting knowledge for Line, Risk, and Operational partners

+ Maintains and administers systems business functions to ensure continuous and uninterrupted system availability

+ Manages large projects including task and responsibility delegation, in support of Solutions initiatives

+ Assists in developing implementation plans for specific components of the Solutions strategy

+ Participates in enterprise solution design, development, and documents standards that apply for business applications

+ Creates design for Solutions requirements

+ Conducts business analysis, joint review sessions and facilitates processes to elicit business and functional requirements

+ Assists in the development of specific components of the Solutions strategy

Education & Experience:

+ Bachelor's degree or work experience equivalent to Bachelor's degree required

+ 7+ years' experience required

+ In depth knowledge of business line, business model, operations

+ Demonstrated communication skills

+ Demonstrated problem-solving skills along with good decision making skills

+ Excellent follow up skills and the ability to manage competing priorities according to business need

+ Demonstrated ability to handle large projects, including task and responsibility delegation

+ Progressively responsible experience in large scale corporate systems analysis

+ Demonstrated ability to independently translate user requirements into technical specifications

+ In depth process improvement skills

+ In depth technical knowledge and the ability to apply it to various system issues and training situations

+ Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot research and correct the majority of system malfunctions

+ Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks

+ ACBS, Shaw and/or Odessa system experience preferred

+ Commercial Loan servicing experience preferred

+ JIRA/JTMF experience preferred

+ Microsoft Office - Intermediate to Advanced level for excel (pivot table, lookups) experience preferred
