Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
+ Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
+ Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience using or building Marketing Mix Models (MMM), Sales Lift, Brand Lift, Multi-Touch Attribution products.
+ Experience working with a Product Management team to create and execute a complementary Partnership Strategy.
+ Experience managing and optimizing ongoing operational aspects of strategic partnerships (e.g., establishing success metrics and enabling partners to achieve them, managing partner service level agreements and payments etc.).
+ Experience partnering with Ad Measurement Vendors, Measurement focused Agencies or Ad Measurement focused consultancies.
+ An understanding of the Google Ads business and the ecosystem of Measurement Partners relevant to these products.

Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.
Google’s Global Ads Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business and Google’s. The team manages relationships with key industry-leading measurement providers, consultancies and agencies, and leads partnership efforts to co-develop measurement products for Google’s Ads. In this role, you will support a suite of products that include Marketing Mix Models (MMM), Sales Lift, Brand Lift, Multi-Touch Attribution, and infrastructure partners.
The Ad Impact Measurement team is a part of Global Ads Partnerships focused on quantifying the efficacy of Google Ads for our largest brand advertisers. Our mission is to prove ROI to brand advertisers via partnerships that enable privacy-safe and accurate outcomes measurement on google media. We do so by discussing win-win partnerships, by strategically managing partner relationships to drive growth and innovation and by ensuring executional excellence in the products that we support.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Develop a deep understanding of Google advertising measurement products and strategy.
+ Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to drive Ads related product partnerships (e.g., data licensing, technical integration, distribution and technology licensing deals) from concept to launch.
+ Implement new and renew existing partnerships.
+ Create and support infrastructure, reporting and strategic relationship management for scaled partnership programs.
+ Maintain executive relationships and look for growth opportunities with key strategic partners.
