Continuing along it highly successful growth trajectory, SFFedCU is seeking a (Job Title) for our (Location) Branch in San Francisco. The Position The Marketing Director is responsible for overseeing, planning and directing the day-to-day marketing operations for San Francisco Federal Credit Union. This role works closely with the Chief of Staff and other members of the Senior Leadership Team in ensuring the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to maximize growth and brand awareness. The Marketing Director plans and coordinates activities such as: developing a robust marketing roadmap, developing marketing and advertising campaigns and creatives, identifying target markets, managing the Credit Union's website and social media channels, promoting the brand and providing support to various business lines. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Manage and develop the marketing and web development team including, but not limited to, assignment and review of projects, performance and time/attendance management, and training opportunities as appropriate. Prepare and execute the annual marketing plan and budget. Lead the efforts of the organization's brand identify; manifest it in all Credit Union channels and media. Identify existing and potential opportunities for the Credit Union to increase new membership, deposits and loans. Expand sales performance through digital platforms. Develop and manage an aggressive lead generation program that promotes San Francisco Federal Credit Union products and services and increases sales results. * Administrator of the Credit Union's Member Service Survey Program. Monitor, manage, and track member feedback and survey results. * Develop and manage ongoing content on all social media platforms. * Understand and keep up with state and federal laws. * Be an advocate for member experience in the digital space by developing and keeping up to date an effortless website journey. * Design and manage influential community outreach and business development materials. * Manage all internal collateral materials and creative. * Manage all email, mail, and social media marketing, including planning, targeting, creating, implementing, and reporting on results. * Manage member notices, letters, disclosures and forms to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and regular review. * Collaborate with business partners to sponsor/exhibit the Credit Union at events. * Create and launch new products and services. * Use existing data to articulate and develop marketing strategies in support of growth plans. * Create presentations for the executive team. * Manage assigned vendor relationships. * Leads strategic pricing and product group meetings. * Manages the Credit Union's public relations functions, including preparing and distribution of press releases. * Manages the market research activities, including the marketing customer information file (MCIF), system. Who Are You? * Overall a minimum of 10 years marketing experience, preferably with a financial institution and at least five (5) years managing a marketing department. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. * Exceptional writing/editing and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve marketing and organizational goals. * A proven track record for being able to create and implement marketing strategies and increasing sales growth. * Strong analytical abilities. * Possess excellent presentation skills. * Excellent knowledge of various marketing mediums. * Understand and keep up with state and federal laws and regulations.
