• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

    CDR Maguire (Jacksonville, FL)


    CDR Health care Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses within the Jacksonville FL, area upcoming projects. All shifts are available: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem. Responsibilities potentially including but not limited to:

     

    + Recording a patient's medical information accurately

    + Back-up relief for all staff positions as needed

    + Adhere to all company policies and rules

    + Perform specific tasks as requested by the incident commander or supervisor

    + Provide emotional and psychological support when needed

    + Communicate with patient's family or friends to provide advice, comfort and instructions

    + Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc. as needed

    + Patient assessment and monitoring, vital signs

    Requirements

    + Current State of Florida LPN license required in good standing

    + Minimum ASN and/or BSN preferred, not required

    + Proven experience as LPN

    + Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team

    + Understanding of confidentiality obligations and best practices

    + Excellent knowledge of medical terminology

    + Above average physical condition and stamina

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Compassionate and able to handle stress

    + Excellent observation skills with high attention to detail

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills

    + Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 30 pounds

    + Must submit to and pass a drug screen, background check

    + Ability to provide Form I-9 documents that shows your identity and eligibility to work in the United States

    + Other duties which may arise that commensurate with the title and position

    + Full immunization record must be presented before hire, Covid vaccine not included.

    + BLS and ACLS certificates

    + Bilingual (Highly Preferred not Required)

    + Start month range: June/July

    + 8am-5pm

    + Open Monday through Friday (subject to change)
