What You Can Expect
Provide manufacturing engineering services to support cellular manufacturing and timely new product introductions. Engineering services include process development, cell management, tool design, and CNC programming. The Process Senior Engineer II will conduct feasibility studies to estimate product cost and analyze capital equipment, capacity, and capability requirements affecting the make versus buy decisions; establish process methods which meet performance and quality requirements; establish preliminary bill of materials and routers; develop a wide a variety of applications, including machining, finishing, forging, casting, Thermal processes, and molding; negotiate target completion dates with appropriate personnel from other departments; develop and maintain appropriate budgets; and communicate effectively with management and keep them informed.

What Makes You Stand Out
Must have 5 years of experience in job offered or related position.
Must have 3 years of experience with the following:
+ Manufacturing and new product processing;
+ Control procedures, such as Change Management System, Nonconformance Reports, Engineering Specifications, Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA), and Work Instructions;
+ Drafting standards and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing;
+ Balance marketing, manufacturing, and design requirements to meet customer requirements; and
+ Statistical Process Control concepts, process development, CNC programming, Computer Aided Design Systems, and Unigraphics 3-D modeling software.
Your Background
+ Requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field or foreign equivalent.
Travel Expectations
+ Role requires up to 10% domestic travel.
+ 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
