    Job Description:

    Incumbent at this level is a qualified, Equipment Management and Aircraft Sales & Marketing Support Specialist/Market Research Analyst responsible for assisting the GCAF (Global Corporate Aircraft Finance) Head of Asset Management with all aspects of Equipment Management and Aircraft Dispositions; possess knowledge of the corporate aviation field, expertise/familiarity with FAA requirements, aircraft maintenance programs and lease documentation.

    Responsibilities:

    The candidate for this position will assist the GCAF Head of Asset Management with the following:

    + In depth corporate aircraft market research

    + Monitor and track changes in the market for targeted aircraft makes and models

    + Provide support for portfolio management of inventory aircraft

    + Sales support for redeployment of non-earning assets through aircraft sale or re-lease

    + Aircraft sales transaction management oversight

    + Coordinate marketing activities with listing agents

    + Manage the B of A website

    + Support/monitor aircraft operations functions including storage, insurance, maintenance, inspections, modifications and refurbishment

    + Expense monitoring, tracking, processing and reporting

    + Assist in strategies to redeploy assets as the market and composition of the inventory change

    + Prepare month end reports detailing activity related to the managed assets

    Required Qualifications:

    + 5 years Corporate Aircraft Industry experience in any of the following areas: Corporate Aircraft Market Research, Business Aviation/Aircraft Management/Maintenance, Business Aviation/Aircraft Sales, Corporate Aircraft Operations.

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Interest in general aviation/corporate aviation.

    + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

    + Strong organizational & time management skills

    + Advanced communication skills (written & verbal)

    + Strong attention to detail
