Job Title: IT Technology Services Senior Specialist

Purpose and Objective:
SAP America, Inc. seeks an IT Technology Services Senior Specialist at our Newtown Square, PA location to deliver outcomes of assigned projects.
Expectations and Tasks:
Work independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility. Work on complex issues in own area (e.g. cross-functional or cross-country projects. Enhance complex systems/processes through advanced technical or business or project skills relevant for job. Represent SAP to customers. Communicate clear and conveying processes & policies in a way that others can understand. Advocate for the end user by having a deep understanding of end user needs, behaviors and usage patterns. Promote the role of User Experience, thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies and practice while integrating those into current and future development efforts. Develop and provide systems, applications, products and services to optimize and automate business processes. Improve work efficiency and provide the expert support in operations. Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation. Facilitate the service lifecycle and product lifecycle. Act as a technology expert to execute technical feasibility studies and solution reviews. Define and review technical blueprint for internal IT projects. Customize and develop enhancements and implement the solutions. Provide technical documentation for operation and act as a cross functional technology expert to execute and support problem management and continuous improvement processes. Participate in de-escalation activities and contribute to the build to run engagement. Contribute to the definition of technical standards and frameworks.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:
• SAP Basis administrative duties;
• Customer-facing SAP Technical Consulting; and
• Solution design, enterprise architecture, or SAP implementation.
Experience must involve two (2) years in the following:
• SAP HANA and S/4 HANA skills; and
• Cloud security including Cyber Security, Encryption or key management.
License/Certification required:
• SAP NetWeaver, OS/DB migration, SAP HANA or IAAS Providers (AWS, MS Azure, or GCP).

**Compensation Range Transparency:** : The annual base salary range for this position is $125,611 - $180,576. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $197,829 - $205,200. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
