We're seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Manager to lead our specialized diagnostic testing team in the heart of San Francisco's thriving biotech corridor.

    Position Overview

    **Location** : San Francisco Bay Area

    **Compensation** : $150,000 - $190,000

    **Schedule** : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    **Team Size** : Lead 12 skilled technical specialists

     

    What You'll Do

    Strategic Leadership

    + Transform daily laboratory operations by optimizing workflows and ensuring exceptional quality standards.

    + Mentor and develop a team of 12 technical specialists, fostering professional growth and excellence.

    + Partner with Quality Assurance teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    Operational Excellence

    + Maintain rigorous regulatory compliance across all healthcare standards and accrediting bodies.

    + Streamline inventory management and supply chain processes for maximum efficiency.

    Business Partnership

    + Collaborate on budget development and strategic resource allocation.

    + Build strong relationships with vendors and external partners.

     

    What You Bring

    Essential Requirements

    + **Active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) Generalist License** _(Non-negotiable)._

    + **Bachelor's degree in biological science, chemistry, medical technology, or related field.**

    + 5+ years of hands-on clinical laboratory experience.

    + Proven track record leading technical teams and driving results.
