CTG is seeking an Senior Epic Analyst with strong Resolute HB/PB certified experience for a Healthcare client.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) and Professional Billing (PB) modules.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and design efficient workflows.

+ Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration settings and operational procedures.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Epic Resolute HB/PB applications.

+ Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts and end-users.

+ Conduct system testing, upgrades, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal functionality.

+ Stay updated on Epic system updates and new features to recommend improvements.

+ Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

+ Epic Resolute HB/PB certification is mandatory.

+ Claims experience is a must.

+ Extensive experience with Epic systems, particularly in billing and revenue cycle management.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

+ A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is often preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70.00/hour to $85.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
