As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for overall store performance—driving sales, leading teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and leads by example.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Core Responsibilities
+ Lead daily store operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory compliance (including ATF guidelines)
+ Train, coach, and mentor department managers and store associates, fostering a strong performance and service culture
+ Monitor key business metrics, including inventory, labor, sales reports, and budgets
+ Oversee merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times
+ Manage scheduling, payroll support, and performance development plans
+ Drive local customer engagement by managing store events and promotional efforts
+ Support succession planning and internal talent development
+ Collaborate with buying teams to identify trends and customer needs
+ Maintain store appearance inside and out, working closely with facility maintenance

Requirements
Qualifications
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store management (experience in outdoor retail strongly preferred)
+ Strong leadership and team development skills
+ Demonstrated ability to manage operations, drive sales, and lead customer-facing teams
+ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
+ Proficiency with inventory systems, point of sale (POS), and standard office software
Physical Requirements
+ Must be able to stand, move, and lift up to 20 lbs. for extended periods
+ This is an active, physically engaging role best suited for candidates who enjoy dynamic work environments
