Job Description:
Manage and apply resources to general pharmacy operations, guided by experience, organizational goals and operational strategies. Also responsible for the management of cyclical projects.
Work on complex pharmacy matters where analysis of issues, data and process require advanced specialist knowledge and in-depth industry and technical knowledge.
Direct, establish and strategically plan the overall policies and goals for pharmacy services, both short- and long-term.
Maintain contact with other department leaders, medical staff and nursing staff to determine needs, resolve operational problems, improve the effectiveness of pharmaceutical processes and promote effective drug therapy.
Develop, execute and improve pharmaceutical work processes and procedures to complete functional objectives.
Maintain a solid understanding of enterprise system strategies and knowledge of the marketplace, and incorporate concepts into overarching medication and pharmacy services plans.

**Required Education:** Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). An advanced degree in management or a related field preferred.
_Experience Details_
Three years of pharmacy management experience required.
_License/Certification Details_
Must maintain any certification or licensure in states(s) of practice and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges as required.
