    Your Key Responsibilities

    + Program Manager is responsible to lead the overall project, including the 3 key indicators for cost, quality and timing for the internal and external milestones.

    + Manage a dedicated set of projects and the respectively accountable Project Managers, on a strategic level. Lead medium- to long-term planning and prioritization processes for all projects assigned.

    + Act as escalation point of contact within defined escalation paths and decide about conflicting targets or resource requests.

    + Monitor project progress, contribute to Go/No-Go decisions, and interact and communicate with senior stakeholder peer groups or customers.

    + Direct contact for customer research and development groups for the development of new projects.

    + Responsible to promote Schaeffler Portfolio for Business Unit Fuel Cell & Power Transfer and Electric Axle components.

    Your Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field.

    + 5 or more years of automotive engineering experience.

    + Advanced engineering & physics knowledge.

    + Practical and applicable knowledge of vehicle systems.

    + Leadership ability and strong delegation skills.

    + Strong communication and presentation skills.

    + Ability to prioritize and make recommendations and decisions.

    + Ability to influence while being open to feedback.
