We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining and logistics.

+ Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day

+ Our logistics business currently owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.

JOB SUMMARY

Prepares and distributes periodic financial statements for users other than those directly employed by the organization. Ensures all reports and disclosures comply with applicable government regulations, professional standards and organization policies. Prepares consolidation journal entries, eliminates intercompany transactions and consolidates divisional and subsidiary financial accounts in a timely and accurate basis for inclusion in internal and external financial statements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

+ 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)

+ Fifteen (15) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)

+ No Licensure or Certification Required.

+ Leads all aspects of SEC reporting, including reviewing XBRL tagging of Forms 10Q and 10K, performing and documenting all technical accounting research related to new and proposed accounting standards and complex accounting transactions.

+ Direct the accurate and timely preparation of external financial reports including footnotes and other required disclosures.

+ Provides technical accounting guidance and prepares white papers for all complex accounting matters as needed or as required.

+ Determines the quarterly BlackScholes inputs used to calculate the Company's stockbased compensation expense in accordance with ASC 718.
