The Senior Manager, Reusable Brand Marketing for ACUVUE® Contact Lenses, will lead the comprehensive brand stewardship of an ACUVUE® Reusable brand family to enhance professional brand equity and drive business growth across the reusable contact lens portfolio. This position partners closely with other commercial functions to drive execution excellence and Global Strategic Marketing to shape the innovation and pipeline agenda. This role reports to the Director, Reusable Brand Marketing within the U.S. Marketing department.
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute regional reusable brand family portfolio strategic plan
+ Identify insight-based needs to prioritize and accelerate platform growth
+ Launch new products with excellence and deliver milestones at or above benchmark in line with established launch excellence process and accelerate as appropriate
+ Report on the progress and health of projects, through key leading indicators
+ Deliver the platform wearer, sales and share growth commitments in line with the annual business plan and through all quarterly financial cycles.
+ Manage marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to achieve desired results.
+ Partner with Customer & Channel Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Field Sales, Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Training, legal and compliance counterparts.
+ Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and ethical standards in all marketing activities.
+ Other duties as required
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. MBA is preferred.
+ Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing or sales experience is required.
+ Experience in Optical industry, contracting and strategic accounts is preferred.
+ Ability to forge internal collaboration across all levels of the enterprise is required.
+ Strong influencing skills with internal and external partners is required.
This position is located in Jacksonville, Florida and requires up to 20% domestic travel.
