    We are looking for a Business Ops. Analyst Trainee to join our team!

    Overview:

    At Philadelphia Insurance Companies (PHLY), we are looking for a talented team player to join our high-energy work environment.

    A typical day will include the following:

     

    Supporting expansions of industry leading IoT programs

     

    Provide direct operational support to the AVP and VP of RMS through the completion of one-time and on-going assignments

     

    Analyze and summarize data for reporting purposes (Excel/PowerBI)

     

    Work with TMNAS IT to develop stream-lined automated solutions to current business processes

     

    Work with our established external business partners to streamline communications and data flows

     

    Develop relationships with key internal PHLY business partners

     

    Learn the RMS department function by accompanying our local field staff (overnight travel is <5%) on their appointments with our policyholders.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree required

     

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

     

    Strong analytical skills

     

    Ability to build and maintain business relationships

     

    Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement

     

    Ability to work independently and take initiative
