Middle East & Africa Commercial Sales Campaigns
Apply your experience and drive for results to shape and win some of the most interesting and complex aircraft fleet sales opportunities\. Our customers span all helicopter segments and ask us to prepare efficient, value\-added solutions to their fleet operations\. You will work with the regional Sales teams and all Bell Commercial business functions to design innovative solutions and prepare winning proposals\. Not only will you gain experience with global customers, sales teams, and top executives, you will hone your strategy development, deal\-making, and influencing skills as a key Capture Team participant\.
What you will be doing as a Commercial Campaign Manager
Serve as the primary coordinator for aircraft sales campaigns in harmonious direct support of the Sales Managing Director \(MD\), Regional Sales Managers \(RSM\) and in\-country Independent Representatives \(IR\) to design and execute formal new business capture plans\.Plan, organize and manage activities related to complex Commercial aircraft sales campaigns and business partner relationships in assigned sales region\(s\)\.Manage campaign sales funnel opportunities through the Customer Relationship Management \(CRM\) application, Salesforce, ensuring accurate and current information; utilize available CRM tools and capabilities to maximize efficiency in opportunity management\.Qualify each campaign opportunity\. Identify the proper conditions, funding, and competitive range of the opportunity\.Develop a Bell solution; Coordinate customer solution development with the cross\-functional Capture Team consisting of Sales, Contracts, Finance, Program/Engineering, Logistics, Integrated Operations, Offset and Training always displaying a high degree of tact and diplomacy in achieving consensus \.Perform rigorous Requirements Analysis, Competitive Assessment, Pwin, & Price\-to\-Win through the application of advanced campaign/opportunity assessment tools\.Identify campaign/opportunity/programmatic risks and develop plans to mitigate\.Build the Campaign Plan in coordination the Capture Team Lead \(CTL\)/RSM and MD\.Exercise leadership throughout Proposal Development ensuring thorough coordination with the cross\-functional Capture Team leading to a high\-quality, winning proposal\.

Skills You Bring to this Role
Must have strategic thinking and planning skills\.Experience developing/writing sales proposals\.Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills\.Success working in a team\-based environment with proven ability to build consensus working across organizational boundaries\.Ability to work independently in foreign countries in support of campaign engagement plans\.
What you need to be successful
Bachelor's degree in business or another related field\.5 years combined experience in major account sales, business development, and/or other customer solutions development role\.Experience with Strategic Selling, fleet sales, aviation training, and aircraft sustainment solutions is preferred\.Proficiency in Salesforce is preferred\.
