Job Title: Client Experience Manager, Training

Job Summary:
Responsible for the facilitation and execution of all Lancôme Trainings. Partners with field sales team on all beauty advisors learning needs and strategies to enhance the client experience to drive retail sales . Oversees and manages all Beauty Advisor and Learning programs for geographic area .
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years beauty and education experience required
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Judgment and Decision Making: Offers judgment and opinions of Beauty Advisor programs and field needs. Requires moderate supervision in decision-making.
Financial Scope: Responsible for adhering to personal T&E guidelines and budgets and maintaining field training budget provided by FVP, Field Client Experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Seminar Facilitation and Execution: 30%
+ Host Train the Trainer (TTT) seminars to empower STEs to facilitate seasonal PTH training formats, ensuring learners reach level 3-4 learning on the format.
+ Manage TTT execution from start to finish; partner with P2E on hotel contracts, communicate and publish STE invites, manage attendance + rooming lists, provide setup, print Leader’s Guides for STEs & STCs.
+ Facilitate all Virtual Seminars for Beauty Advisors, Multi-Brand Beauty Advisors, Freelancers and Field Sales Teams. Including but not limited to École Onboarding, PTH Seasonal Kickoffs , Expert trainings.
+ Co-facilitate 3-4 in-person seasonal PTH seminars in your market, each half of the year (6-8 total), providing coaching & feedback on STE/STC facilitation to further develop their training skills.
+ Responsible for tracking and communicating attendee enrollment to STEs to ensure optimal BA registration and check-in for seminars occurs.
+ Partner with FVP of Training to ensure adequate time for content consumption and dress rehearsals.
+ Provide feedback to FVP of Training and O+O l earning instructional design team on BA seminar feedback and relevancy of materials .
2. Field Training & Development 30%
+ Conduct strategic market visits in region 1-2 x month. Focus on developing STEs & STCs to coach & train BAs utilizing CERE tools and content. Provide feedback to FVP of Training and O+O learning instructional design team on relevancy of tools and conten t .
+ Partner with RSDs on training new STEs and STCs on brand learning programs.
+ Partner with CERE Subject Matter Experts on facilitation and execution of Beauty Tech, Spa, and Expert Trainings.
+ Collaborate with RSDs and STEs on strategic requests to enhance the client experience.
3. Communication & Program Management: 25%
+ Host monthly learning calls with the field to review education strategies, current programs, roll out of tools, share best practices and collect feedback.
+ Send weekly emails to the field with Education updates & calls to action, tracking & reporting on PTH registration & happiness boxes (when applicable) and École enrollment, welcome kits, DEL completion, École LIVE registration & check in, and happiness boxes.
+ Vet École LIVE check-in reports & p artner with Wasserman to ship happiness boxes to all eligible attendees .
+ Review weekly reporting for program enrollment/registration/check-in and Beauty Byte completion by STE to identify coaching opportunities. Partner with RSDs to ensure STE accountability to all training programs .
+ Maintain all up-to-date documents in TEAMS, communicate when new items are posted, conduct quarterly sweep and remove outdated items.
+ Work with FVP of Training to recommend strategic learning opportunities.
+ Distribute all gratis codes to field teams.
5. Additional responsibilities: 15%
+ Work with FVP of Training to plan the full-year Passport to Happiness Training Calendar based on the Panier and Budget, that includes CERE 360s, Content delivery dates, Training team TTTs, Field TTTs, Virtual trainings, and IRL training periods.
+ Ensure core program curriculum is relevant and meets the learning needs of the STEs, BAs, and MBBAs by conducting regular field visits, asking for feedback, collecting feedback from training team, and when necessary, meetings with an STE taskforce.
+ Prepare post seminar recaps on engagement and suggest out of box ideas to enhance programs
+ Create all retailer GWP & Promotional tools and present focus products during kick-off calls with the store teams.
+ Support Senior Managers of Training with ideas to drive BA engagement, registration and attendance.
