    CNC Machinist – All Shifts

    Type: Full‑Time, All Shifts

    Pay: $21.00 – 30.00/hr

    QAD is searching for full time CNC Swiss Style Lathe, and CNC Mill Machinists to join our growing team. At QAD, machinists are the go-to persons for setups, programming, and overall machine improvements. They ensure that the machines are running at their maximum capacity so that top quality parts are produced.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide leadership and guidance to CNC operators as needed

    + Perform and direct machine setups and changeovers

    + Perform scheduled maintenance plans for all machines

    + Keep work areas safe, productive, and clean

    + Assist in maintaining team efficiency and supporting a team-first environment

    + Lift and move up to 70 lbs. independently

    + Work flexible schedules, including potential shift work (day or night), weekdays, weekends, and occasional holidays

    Qualifications

    + 2+ years' experience of CNC machine set ups and/or programming

    + Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret mechanical blueprints

    + Proficient in using digital calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and other measurement tools

    + Strong attention to detail and accuracy for part inspection

    + Solid work ethic with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

    + Experience with Fanuc controls is a plus

    + Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming preferred
