GENERAL SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Senior Development Officer, Donor Relations, the Manager - Donor Relations is responsible for the management of the Donor Relations Program in the Development Office. This includes tasks related to gift acknowledgements, recognition, and stewardship.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages gift acknowledgement grid and coordinates associated activities

• Manages naming opportunities inventory and processes related to recognition plaque ordering and installation

• Manages impact and endowment report writing process

• Works closely with special events team to plan and execute donor recognition stewardship activities

• Manages other projects within donor relations area

• Tracks metrics and reports on donor relations activities

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

MINIMUM AND PREFERRED EDUCATION

+ Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from four-year college in related field.

MINIMUM AND PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

+ Minimum of five years of experience in fundraising, project management, or customer service-oriented role.
