Position Summary...

Senior Manager, Personalization is responsible for leading the vision, strategy and execution of our personalized content at scale roadmap to ensure our customers see the most relevant and engaging content. This role will be responsible to design, build, and fine-tune cutting-edge Computer Vision and Large Language Models (LLMs) that turn complex challenges into enterprise-wide, platform solutions solving for content gap challenges. This role will partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Creative, and Business teams to deliver scalable capabilities that move key customer and business metrics

What you'll do...

+ Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with OKRs

+ Use data insights to identify content gaps and enable personalized content at scale

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives

+ Optimize models using A/B, multivariate, and multi armed bandit testing

+ Communicate product vision and performance to senior stakeholders

+ Promote platform-thinking across cross-functional projects

+ Analyze data to manage roadmap, rollout strategies, and risks

What you’ll bring…

+ Experience building data-informed product strategies

+ Strong collaboration with data science, engineering, and marketing

+ Proficiency in experimentation techniques and model optimization

+ Ability to communicate with and influence senior leadership

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications...

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
