Raytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking temporary support for a highly visible and complex area within the Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) portfolio focused on international customers. The successful candidate will be expected to set strategy, vision and direction for effective implementation focused on overall product affordability, product integrity, and on-time deliveries to enable near, mid, and long-term business growth for the Taiwan Air Force. This includes profit and loss (P&L) and annual operations planning (AOP) accountability for the program.
What You Will Do
+ Account for profit and loss, AOP development and implementation, and Estimate at Completions (EACs) inputs
+ Coordinate and align interactions, expectations, and transactions between Taiwan Air Force customer and RTX team
+ Develop and implement program growth strategies for international areas
+ Understand and represent customer needs to stakeholders
+ Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the customer counterparts
+ Manage risk, opportunity, cost, quality and schedule performance
+ Support domestic and international travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
+ Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, familiar with capture management, _or_ an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
+ Experienced in international capture/pursuits and program management experience guiding development, transition to production, production and/or sustainment programs
+ Experienced leader with cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions
+ Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs with use of program management resources such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk and Opportunity Management, Scope Board, or similar business processes and experience engaging and reporting to all levels of executive stakeholders
+ Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
+ Electronic Warfare Systems experience and international customer experience
+ Demonstrated results creating and maintaining strong executive level relationships with suppliers, customers, government representatives, primes and internal peers
+ Experience working with U.S. Air Force, FMS partners and other customers on government programs (large/complex) with direct customer interfaces, both internal and external
+ Experience developing and implementing execution, coordination, and growth strategies for franchise programs
+ Experience working oversight and monitoring supplier performance; develop preventive and corrective actions as necessary

This is a temporary position of an undetermined length.
The hourly rate for this role is $77.88 to $156.76. The compensation range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
