**Banner Desert Medical Center** in Mesa, AZ serves as a tertiary referral center for the East Valley of metropolitan Phoenix and treats the highest levels of acuity in the East Valley. The campus has 669-bed private rooms, with 248 beds dedicated to children (Cardon Childrens Medical Center). It is ranked as one of the top five hospitals in Phoenix, and recognized for eight high-performing specialties, according to U.S. News Best Regional Hospitals report. Located in Mesa, Arizona, in the heart of the East Valley of metropolitan Phoenix. It is Arizona's third largest city and enjoys the diverse people, cuisine and cultural amenities of one of the West's great urban areas.

**Banner Heart Hospital** in Mesa, AZ is one of the largest free-standing heart hospitals in the nation, encompassing a vast array of services committed to providing superior heart care in a fully integrated and collaborative environment. An advanced facility with hybrid rooms caring for patients in our CVOR, Cath Lab/EP suites, to our cardiac rehab. We have dedicated cardiac nursing and heightened focus in areas such as TAVR and structural heart.

Qualifications:

+ BC/BE Anesthesiologist

+ Fellowship training in Cardiovascular Anesthesia

+ Unrestricted AZ license or ability to obtain one.

+ Ability to obtain AZ DEA license

+ Current Advanced Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography Certification

+ Leadership opportunities available for those qualified
