As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you operate at the hub of Materion’s Talent Center of Expertise. You manage essential administrative processes and systems to assure high quality Talent Acquisition outcomes.You will have the opportunity to:
+ Shape superior candidate experience by managing logistics, including scheduling interviews, arranging travel, initiating pre-hire action items, assisting with campus recruitment, etc.
+ Promote opportunities by posting compelling job advertisements to the appropriate job boards
+ Ensure compliance and data integrity by managing applicant tracking data in Workday
+ Support functional excellence by preparing reports and maintaining operational documents
+ Actively participate in team meetings and projects to achieve continuous improvement
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to Recruiting HR policies, procedures, and programs, providing timely and accurate responses to employee questions and escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR team members as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
+ Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
+ Familiarity with HR systems, including applicant tracking systems
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to prioritize and complete time-sensitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
+ Keen sense of ownership and a passion for attention to detail
+ Strong process orientation and drive for results
+ Technical proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with aptitude to quickly learn new applications
