Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Assembly Worker – 3-Day Weekends!
**Location:** Polaris | Monticello, MN
**Hours:** Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (No Fridays!)
**Pay:** $18.19/hour, paid weekly

Join the Polaris team in Monticello, MN, and take advantage of a **stable, full-time assembly role** on the 2nd shift — with weekends that start on Friday.
What You’ll Do:
+ Assemble parts and perform leak testing
+ Inspect parts for quality and safety
+ Use measurement tools and gauges
+ Document your work and report any issues
+ Help meet daily production goals — safely and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:
+ 1+ year of experience in manufacturing or assembly
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
+ Basic blueprint reading skills
+ High school diploma or GED required
