We're looking for a **Director of Production** to lead high-stakes operations in a fast-paced, quality-driven defense technology company that builds artificial intelligence and autonomous systems for military applications—particularly for airborne operations.

What You’ll Own

+ **Production Strategy & Execution** : Drive end-to-end planning, scheduling, and cost control.

+ **Cross-Functional Leadership** : Align manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and R&D into a single, high-performing unit.

+ **Global Supply Chain Oversight** : Manage outsourcing, vendor relationships, and supply resilience across borders.

+ **Quality & Compliance Mastery** : Ensure excellence through Lean/Six Sigma, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement.

+ **Team Building** : Recruit, mentor, and empower a world-class production team.

+ **Tech-Forward Thinking** : Champion automation, data, and process innovation at every level.

What You Bring

+ 10+ years in production/manufacturing leadership (automotive, aerospace, or similar).

+ Proven success leading cross-functional and global teams.

+ Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and advanced manufacturing methods.

+ Executive-level communication and decision-making skills.

+ Ability to travel internationally 50% of the time (India-based operations).

+ Bachelor’s in Engineering or related; Master’s preferred.
