DuPont is seeking a highly skilled **Lead Technologist** to spearhead cross-functional projects focused on customer-centric application testing and validation campaigns. **This role is located in Cleveland, Ohio.** The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities, adept at driving project timelines and fostering collaborative relationships across various functions, including R&D, Sales, Field Engineering, and Operations. This role will involve developing analytical methods and hardware to assess the thermomechanical performance of DuPont's Thermal Interface Materials, with significant emphasis on hands-on bench work. The candidate must also be comfortable engaging directly with customers to determine their needs and deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to application testing and validation of Thermal Interface Materials, ensuring customer requirements are met effectively.

+ Maintain project timelines, driving a structured cadence while holding team members accountable for timely and valid outcomes.

+ Build and nurture relationships across functions to facilitate collaboration and communication among stakeholders.

+ Develop innovative schemes, methods, and analytic hardware to identify, extract, isolate, and analyze key thermomechanical performance parameters.

+ Conduct hands-on testing and experimentation, comprising approximately 50% of the role, to validate findings and optimize material performance.

+ Interface directly with customers to understand their needs, provide technical expertise, and deliver tailored solutions.

+ Prepare and present technical documentation and reports to communicate findings, updates, and project status to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree or Master's degree in an Engineering or Science field.

+ 2+ years of experience in a role that involves leading cross-functional projects.

+ Proven track record of developing analytical methods and conducting hands-on laboratory testing.

+ Excellent project management skills with the ability to maintain timelines and drive team accountability.

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with customers and team members alike.
