Qualifications

Overview

**CHI Health** is seeking an Advanced **Practice Provider (NP or PA)** to join a community centered, highly regarded, and rapidly growing Priority Care Team. This opportunity is suited for an experienced APP or for a provider who has recently graduated from an accredited physician assistant or nurse practitioner program and thrives on working in an independent environment.

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for providing patient care for life’s non-threatening ailments and injuries. Providers should expect to see patients with everyday ailments that do not require a hospital visit. They will perform procedures commensurate with education, training and experience. Our Advanced Practice Providers are a collaborative member of an interdisciplinary care team with advanced communication skills.

Pay Range

$57.77 - $67.40 /hour
