    We are looking to hire a XXX

    What You'll Do:

    + Knows, understands, incorporates and demonstrates the MercyOne (Trinity Health) Mission, Vision, Core Values, Actions and Promise in behaviors, practices, and decisions.

    + Leads, manages, and oversees the respective areas of quality and patient safety (inclusive of the culture of safety (TogetherSafe) work) across the regional medical groups.

    + Fosters and cultivates a high reliability mindfulness focused on creating exceptionally safe and consistently high-quality care, demonstrating a relentless pursuit of a culture of safety where zero harm is the highest priority.

    + Implements an overall performance improvement plan that is consistent with MercyOne and local medical group strategies, and in conjunction with the local medical group leadership, Medical Practice Committees, executive committee, and the board of trustees/directors.

    + Works strategically with the local medical directors, providers, managers, colleagues, and system leaders to develop quality and safety strategic plans.

    Schedule:

    + 80 hours biweekly Full-Time Day Shift

    General Requirements:

    + Iowa licensure as a Registered Nurse.

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, nursing, health administration or related field required (Master’s degree preferred).
