• Business Analytics Senior Manager

    Citigroup Global Markets Inc. seeks a Business Analytics Senior Manager for its New York, NY location.

     

    Duties: Provide critical analytics, support, and create data standardization for reporting on both internal and external data sources. Support Citi’s Banking division with performance analytics as well as supporting key business initiatives. Implement recommendations using data analysis and segmentation methodologies. Deliver new functionalities and enhancements in partnership with technology. Analyze and develop requirements, workflow, and interface design, User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”), and rollout, including training and support for business users. Lead projects and perform UAT on reports and applications while using business intelligence tools including SQL and MicroStrategy. Create and validate ad hoc reports for senior management using SQL and MicroStrategy and communicate with product partners and bankers throughout Banking & International to ensure that client data, information, and tools are effectively utilized. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

     

    Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related quantitative occupation, performing reviews and validations for data releases within the financial services industry. Six (6) years of experience must include: Creating complex queries to run analysis and generate ad-hoc reports using Microstrategy; Performing data reviews and validation for data releases using business intelligence tools including Microstrategy; Delivering new reporting functionalities or enhancements in partnership with technology; Developing business requirements and redesign for reporting and assessing the impact of changes to methodology; and Conducting User Acceptance Testing and data reconciliation for system and database changes using Excel, and Microstrategy. 40 hrs./wk.
