    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate haul trucks to transport raw materials safely within the plant or quarry

    + Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition

    + Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate material movement

    + Monitor equipment performance and report issues promptly

    + Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations

    What Are We Looking For

    + Ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a production environment

    + Strong awareness of safety practices and hazard recognition

    + Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

    + Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to equipment condition

    + Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
