    Senior University Recruiter - US (6+ Month Contract, Onsite in Mountain View, CA)

     

    As the Senior University Recruiter, you'll lead the full campus recruiting lifecycle across the U.S., supporting intern, co-op, and new grad hiring for Intuit's Tech Ecosystem. You'll manage candidate engagement, drive brand presence through events, and partner with hiring managers to meet early talent goals. This W2 contract role requires 3 days/week onsite in Mountain View, CA, with up to 30% travel during peak season (Sept-Nov).

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Own end-to-end university recruiting: sourcing, assessment, offers, and onboarding.

    + Develop and execute hiring strategies for interns and new grads.

    + Partner with hiring managers and HR to align on workforce planning.

    + Represent Intuit at campus and virtual events to build brand and talent pipeline.

    + Use data to optimize recruiting processes and outcomes.

    + Maintain accurate records in iCIMS (ATS) and ensure compliance.

    + Collaborate across recruiting teams and share best practices.

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, focused on early career talent (Positions include Software Engineer, AI Scientists, Data Science, CyberSecurity, etc)

    + Strong knowledge of campus recruiting, sourcing, and candidate engagement.

    + Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting with competing priorities.

    + Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

    + Experience with ATS (preferably iCIMS) and data-driven recruiting.

    + Comfortable representing Intuit externally and consulting internally.

    + BA/BS or equivalent experience.
