Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help build the next-generation publishing platform. This is a full-time, long-term role focused on designing and developing a scalable, AI-enhanced SaaS platform from the ground up.

What Youll Do

Lead the development of a new content platform to replace the existing system, with a focus on official data sources and AI/ML-powered legal document generation.

Build modern, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and JavaScript.

Develop robust backend services in Python, integrating AI/ML models and LLMs where applicable.

Design and implement SaaS architecture from scratch, ensuring scalability for 10,00015,000+ end users.

Integrate AI/ML capabilities such as:

Fine-tuning pre-trained LLMs

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Intelligent search and content generation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, intuitive features.

Modernize legacy systems and ensure smooth migration to the new platform.

Work with cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS, some Azure) and DevOps teams for deployment and monitoring.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of full stack development experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.

Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.

Experience with AI/ML tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous workflows, and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

Proven experience designing and building scalable SaaS platforms from scratch. (REQUIRED)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Experience with LLMs, vector databases, or ML model serving.

Familiarity with MLOps, continuous model deployment, or A/B testing tools.

Exposure to legal tech, digital publishing, or content management systems (CMS). null
