    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Scrum Master/ Technical Business Analyst that will joini one of our financial clients in Charlotte, NC. This is a split role, comprising of 50% scrum related responsibilities and 50% of role creating design documents and process flows. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires collaborating with team leaders decision makers related to projects or smaller programs. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing issues risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple teams to enable delivery. This role sits 3x onsite in uptown Charlotte, NC.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Previous experience in regulatory reporting and/or financial technology within a financial institution

     

    Technical background Must understand how to create design documents, solution designs and data processing structures for end to end delivery

     

    Strong presentation skills with PowerPoint and Excel- written and verbal communication skills

    3+ years as a scrum master null
