Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

+ 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including Java/J2EE development for enterprise or web applications.

+ 4+ years of experience with Spring Framework.

+ 4+ years of experience building enterprise web applications using React JS with Redux.

+ 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

+ 2+ years of experience with business process workflow software.

+ 2+ years of experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 or 2.1.

+ Experience with Micro Frontends, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.

+ Strong understanding of software testing practices and backend unit testing.

Desired Skills & Experience

+ Hands-on experience with frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.

+ Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging platforms.

+ Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).

+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

+ Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Gradle, uDeploy).

+ Exposure to Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).

+ Experience with Camunda or similar process automation tools.

+ Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

+ Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

+ Understanding of technology solutions in regulated industries such as financial services or banking.

+ Design, develop, test, debug, and document software components across the stack.

+ Analyze and resolve moderately complex technical challenges.

+ Provide leadership and technical direction to a team while meeting internal or client-facing needs.

+ Collaborate with peers, team members, and managers to solve problems and achieve technical goals.

+ Serve as an escalation point and mentor for junior developers.
