As a Financial Analyst, you will support the Facility Infrastructure Team in providing financial analyses, reporting and dashboards related to purchasing agreements and projects. This includes analyzing proposals, market share data, and fully loaded supply/equipment cost.

Your key area of focus will be sourcing initiatives that are primarily categories related to capital construction spend, construction complexity, project risk and sensitivity. This role may also be responsible for leading and overseeing ad-hoc projects and other program involvement.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

+ Ongoing financial assistance as it relates to the management of agreements

+ Support Business Development with data extract and summary report outs.

+ Support manager and internal teams in both program and custom financial analyses

+ Accurate and timely financial analysis of vendor pricing proposals

+ Effective communication of analysis results to contract management and internal teams

+ Preparation of Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents

+ Summarizing data in various reports and dashboards

+ Monthly and Quarterly reporting of savings and tracking measures

+ Effective communication to program team lead and contract management

+ Composing financial memos summarizing project valuations

+ Data analysis of vendor and/or customer purchase histories

+ Identifying and resolving data issues – cleaning and normalizing large data sets

+ Ad Hoc requests from management

+ Accepts feedback well and works to improve performance when needed

What you will need for this role:

+ Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting is required.

+ 1-3 years of related experience, required.

+ Must have strong analytical skills with the ability to create or interpret potentially complex financial models, required.

+ Understanding of various methodologies for performing financial analysis.

+ Proficiency in MS Excel is required

+ Experience utilizing Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI, preferred
