As a **Security Officer - Communication Center** in **San Antonio, TX** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the property, interact with tenants and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the location to the appropriate personnel.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

+ X-ray screening experience is preferred.

+ A valid guard card or license is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Texas Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
